Tuina is traditional Chinese Medical Massage. The practitioners hands utilise acupoint therapy to assist in the balancing of the body. Treatments incorporate acupressure points and massage techniques: your practitioner may brush, knead, roll, press, and/or rub affected areas.
Tuina is effective for not only musculo-skeletal problems, but also internal ailments such as digestive problems, menstrual disorders, respiratory illnesses, and stress.
Your practitioner may combine both Acupuncture and Massage into a single treatments, as the combination works effectively: The object of the combined treatment is to stimulate blood flow to sore or injured areas, which helps to initiate a healing effect; while simultaneously providing pain relief, and releasing tension & inflammation.
Tuina is commonly used to treat:

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. We are a busy practice , so please be courteous to other clients who may be in need of your appointment slot should you be unable to keep your appointment.
